Your proof must be either a screenshot or a video. If the proof is deemed insufficient then the admin will not be banned. Try to make your proof as substantial as possible - pictures are the least likely type of proof to be accepted; the best would be a video with audio.

How to Find Your/Someone else's STEAMID:

If you have trouble finding yours or someone else's steam id you can either type rp_lookup <player> or status into console. Or you can use this if all you have is their profile (steamidfinder.com).
