Admin Command Guidelines

Basic Guidelines:

Never use !menu or chat when using the vast majority of admin commands as both often do not work properly and can lead to mistakes. Always use console except for the rare occasions (listed below)

Open console with the  ` button on your keyboard. If you wish to target yourself then use ^ which is not to be confused with * which will target everyone. For example ulx hp ^ 100 will set your health to 100 whereas ulx hp * 100 would set everyone on the server's health to 100. Never use * when using commands.

Ban times in console are automatically registered as minutes. This means that if you want to ban someone for 1 day you should type: ulx ban "rp name" 1440 reason

Always include the reason for the ban or kick in the command and the link to the forums so that the user may appeal if they so desire.

Banning Format:

Ban format with SteamID
[ulx banid <STEAMID> <TIME> <REASON><APPEAL>] Example: (ulx banid STEAM_0:0:29179177  1440 Mass RDM, appeal https://cyanideserver.board-directory.net)

Ban format with RP Name
[ulx ban <"FIRST LAST"> <TIME> <REASON><APPEAL>] Example: (ulx ban "Alex James" 1440 Mass RDM, appeal at https://cyanideserver.board-directory.net )

Useful Commands:

TELEPORTATION
ulx goto <name> OR (in chat) [!goto <name>]Use this to teleport to a player.
ulx bring <name> OR (in chat) [!bring <name>]Use this to bring a player to you.
ulx return <name> OR (in chat) [!return <name>] Use this to return a player to their original location.
ulx send <name> OR (in chat) [!send <firstname> <secondname>] Use this to send one player to another.

UTILITY
ulx jail <name>Use this to confine a player to a jail cell. - [use only in console]
ulx jailtp <name>Use this to teleport a player to you in a jail cell. - [use only in console]
ulx gag <name>Use this if you need to prevent a player from speaking through voice. - [use only in console]
ulx mute <name>Use this if you need to prevent a player from typing. - [use only in console]
ulx ungag <name>Use this to ungag a player. - [use only in console]
ulx unmute <name>Use this to unmute a player. - [use only in console]
ulx freeze <name>Use this to freeze a player in place. - [use only in console]
ulx unfreeze <name>Use this to unfreeze a player. - [use only in console]
ulx slay <name>Use this to kill, or slay a player. - [use only in console]
ulx ban <name>Use this to ban a player as any class. - [use only in console]
ulx banid <name>Use this to ban a player's SteamID as any class. - [use only in console]
ulx kick <name>Use this to kick a player as any class. - [use only in console]
ulx noclip [!noclip] Use this to fly, only while AoD or when building with a visible building sign.
